2. Products & Specifications
- Product Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, specifications, and details of our photo frames, acrylic sheets, glass, and framing materials as accurately as possible. Slight color or texture variations may occur due to screen resolution differences or material batch variations.
- Dimensions: Standard frame sizes and dimensions are provided on each product page. Customers are advised to verify measurements carefully before placing orders.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Processing: Online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.
- Payment Security: Framex Kannur does not store or collect your banking credentials or card details. All transactions are securely handled through Razorpay’s encrypted network.
- Failed Transactions: In case of payment deductions for unconfirmed/failed orders, the debited amount is usually refunded automatically by Razorpay or your issuing bank back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Shipping, Packaging & Handling
- All dispatches and deliveries are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Delivery Partners: Orders are delivered nationwide via India Post (Business Parcel / Speed Post) and Gokulam Express Courier.
- Shipping & Handling Fee: Shipping fees calculated during checkout represent our total Shipping & Handling Fee. This covers carrier postage, high-quality protective packaging materials (bubble wraps, corner protectors, and sturdy outer boxes), as well as dispatch handling expenses.
- Note: The postage value printed on the postal/courier package label reflects only the direct postage portion charged by the carrier and may differ from the total shipping & handling fee charged at checkout.
5. Discounts & Free Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping Categories: Free shipping applies strictly to designated product categories as explicitly indicated on individual product pages.
- Coupon Usage: Discount coupons cannot be applied to products or orders that already qualify for Free Shipping. Coupons apply only to standard, non-free shipping items unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional campaigns.
6. Returns, Replacements & Transit Damages
- Due to the delicate and fragile nature of photo frames, glass, and acrylic products, returns/replacements are accepted in cases of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered.
- Reporting Damage: Customers must report transit damages or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of package arrival along with order details and photo/video evidence.
- Unboxing Video Recommendation: To ensure a fast and smooth claim verification with our shipping partners, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Framex Kannur and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Framex Kannur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website, or delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.
