1. Delivery Partners
We primarily use trusted courier and postal networks to deliver your orders across India:
- India Post (Business Parcel / Speed Post): Offers wide coverage across all rural and urban PIN codes in India.
- Gokulam Express Courier: Used for supported delivery routes and express deliveries.
2. Doorstep Delivery
- Packages sent via India Post and Gokulam Courier are delivered directly to the recipient’s address (Doorstep Delivery).
- Please ensure that your delivery address and 10-digit mobile number are correctly provided at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Shipping & Packaging Charges
- The shipping fees calculated at checkout represent our total Shipping & Handling Fee.
- This fee includes the actual carrier postage/courier charges, high-quality protective packaging materials (such as bubble wraps, corner protectors, and sturdy outer boxes designed for delicate frames), as well as dispatch handling expenses.
- Note: The postage value printed on the carrier package label reflects only the direct postage portion charged by the delivery carrier and may differ from the total shipping & handling fee charged at checkout.
4. Free Shipping & Discount Coupon Policy
- Free Shipping Categories: Free shipping is offered only on select product categories as explicitly indicated on product pages.
- Coupon Restrictions: Discount coupons cannot be applied to products or orders that already qualify for Free Shipping. Coupons are applicable only to standard, non-free shipping items unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional offers.
5. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Dispatch: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Kerala: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days (depending on destination location).
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number (Article ID / Consignment Number) will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can track your shipment status directly on the respective courier/postal tracking websites.
