- Important Delivery Condition (Door Delivery Restrictions): Please note that Gokulam Parcel Service does not provide doorstep delivery to residential/home addresses.
- Delivery is strictly available for commercial shops and business addresses.
- If your shipping address is a residence, you will need to collect the parcel directly from the nearest Gokulam Parcel Service office/counter.

- Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout, and payments are collected securely via Razorpay.
